Sierra-Jewelers was awesome! They helped to educate us on rings and had the best price available for what we wanted, even after price matching at other places. Great customer service, you'll feel like you're taken care of!
We look forward to coming back to Sierra West time and time again. We feel like we're among friends and not high pressure sales people. Our favorite purchase was our custom-made wedding ring. The craftsmanship was so exquisite that we still get comments on it.
Best customer service I have ever had. Dave Bowen sat down and showed us many rings and helped us build our own, he did not pressure us into anything we didn't want and we got exactly what we wanted.
Kory was super helpful and we had an awesome experience.
There was a great selection of rings, I had a lot of options to choose from. There was great service and very personable, not trying to get you to buy things very respectful and listen well to what you want and are liking for! I would highly recommend to everyone!!
Every company has there moments they'd like to forget. Whether it's how an employee treated a customer or something with the product. Yet I've been going to Sierra-West Jewelers for quite sometime now and I've always been treated with the respect, time, and understanding I wanted and needed. Buyer Beware (4 Reasons) a. Buying a ring is emotional for you... not them. They don't give a _ about you or your fiance. Their goal is to make money. b. Its all charms and smiles as you shop but once you sign anything they own you and will work you over. c. wow we shopped everywhere no one is better 4 graduate gemologist ,largest selection and alot of loose diamondsgreat service!!! – Well we shopped 25 stores and 22 on line. Sierra west Jewelers offers the lowest prices and the best service and truly the most honest people we met in the business.
