The workers are so helpful and very easy to work to work with. They give their honest opinion show us many options. I will be a customer for a long time. Keep up the good work.
Cleaned and polished my ring and my wife's ring. They also fixed my wife's ring which had a diamond coming loose. All for free! Great service.
Sierra-Jewelers was awesome! They helped to educate us on rings and had the best price available for what we wanted, even after price matching at other places. Great customer service, you'll feel like you're taken care of!
We look forward to coming back to Sierra West time and time again. We feel like we're among friends and not high pressure sales people. Our favorite purchase was our custom-made wedding ring. The craftsmanship was so exquisite that we still get comments on it.
Best customer service I have ever had. Dave Bowen sat down and showed us many rings and helped us build our own, he did not pressure us into anything we didn't want and we got exactly what we wanted.

There was a great selection of rings, I had a lot of options to choose from. There was great service and very personable, not trying to get you to buy things very respectful and listen well to what you want and are liking for! I would highly recommend to everyone!!

Buyer Beware (4 Reasons) a. Buying a ring is emotional for you... not them. They don't give a _ about you or your fiance. Their goal is to make money. b. Its all charms and smiles as you shop but once you sign anything they own you and will work you over. c.
