I would NOT recommend Sierra Vista Emergency room services. ER visit cost me $1556. they coded as a "facility charge" without any offer to pay cash to receive a discount, no treatment was given, just attention to a cat bite. Rediculous. PLUS a Physicians bill $433. I can understand the Physicians bill but the "Facility Charge" is outrageous. Never again!
I'm not sure if there is enough room to Express the way I feel. I recently had my first child and chose to deliver at Sierra Vista. I walked into the ER and the first thing I saw was a woman at the admissions desk with a huge smile. she was pleasant and fast. Labor and Delivery came down and got a wheelchair and took me upstairs, they checked me and admitted me promptly. There were multiple nurses all of whom were in a great mood and extremely supportive through each contractions telling me I was doing a great job. The anest... read more
everything the Staff is caring, and attentive, the food isn't bad either
Many thanks to the ER, ICU and hospital staff for taking exceptional care of our loved one. It was an emotional and difficult time and the compassion and assistance we received from everyone helped us immensely. A special shout out to Teri, our Case Manager, who went above and beyond to help us with logistics as we navigated insurances, transport, and supplies for our family member as we moved him from SLO back home to Sacramento. We can't thank you enough!
Everyone is super friendly!

Everything I read about staying is a 3 to 4 day stay for pain management and physical therapy. they released me the following day as the case manager said this is an outpatient procedure. That is a flat out lie! I was already been approved by Medicare to stay 3 days during my Pre OP. I questioned the case manager and said at the least I sh... read more
