Had an AMAZING experience in the ER. Came back after having a pretty poor experience in the ICU and wasn't expecting much. However, Brett, Jodi, Brad and the rest of the crew at the ER were just incredible. By FAR the best experience we've ever had in any hospital in the area. We really appreciate all they did! So amazing!
Pathetic. Received bill and paid within a week on 6/2/16. Now I'm receiving phone calls for the same bill and same amount. They have a lovely way of calling. You get a recording to call a number and then get an unintelligible outsourced twit on the phone that is shocked when you tell them the bill was paid 22 days ago and charged to a card. They are even more shocked when you give them a reference number on the payment. Then you get home and find another bill, same amount, same visit.
