Still having a big problem keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked...Been like this for a very long time. Otherwise, the doctors are amazing.
I like Dr Mandal and her staff. Urgent care was great both times I went. Only issue I have is the referral process. Been two months in one referral and still waiting. Now I have 3 more.
Went in actually to there urgentcare and was waiting an hour.. for then to tell me that my son couldn't be seen who had a swollen ankle because of his medical that had a pcp. You guys need to have a better system on how to asses patients who cant be seen or atleast communicate better.
I appreciate them being there for me. They never give up on me even though I think I drive them up a wall. I'm thankful to have these people.
Dr Simpson, in urgent care took excellent care of me. I wish she could be my regular doctor. I highly recommend her.
Every time I have an appointment everyone is very nice. My doctor is Dr. Sheila Flom and she's a great doctor who cares about her patients.
I have Dr Gerys as my dr and she is wonderful she listens to me and does not talk down to me
Don't get stuck with Dr. Mandel. She completely screwed up my BP meds. My initial script was fine for years. Well she changed it and now I have side effects. I called to see if until I can be seen, if she would please call in my old script. Well apparat not she doesn't like coming to the phone. So I will have to go the weekend with no help. I'm not asking for a narcotic fit crying out loud. She also spoke to me like I was 5 when I saw her. I'm beyond frustrated.
