Had such a great experience getting started and settled in! Vanessa was such a great help with explaining in detail all answering my questions from the start! She really goes out of her way to do everything in her power. Definitely recommend checking out this place if you are looking for a new place to live!

I was unloading groceries from my car, so I parked in a no-parking zone in front of my apartment for 5 minutes because my wife is pregnant, and I had no one to help with the unloading. Vanessa came running, took a picture of my car, and later sent me a warning email, despite knowing that my designated parking spot is far from my apartment and I had no assistance.
