Had such a great experience getting started and settled in! Vanessa was such a great help with explaining in detail all answering my questions from the start! She really goes out of her way to do everything in her power. Definitely recommend checking out this place if you are looking for a new place to live!

The overall experience and the process was smooth. No issues. The staff in the office was great. Vanessa especially helped us out step by step overall satisfied
I was unloading groceries from my car, so I parked in a no-parking zone in front of my apartment for 5 minutes because my wife is pregnant, and I had no one to help with the unloading. Vanessa came running, took a picture of my car, and later sent me a warning email, despite knowing that my designated parking spot is far from my apartment and I had no assistance. The management apparently has given remotes to its residents to enter the society and charge about $50 per remote if its lost or a new one is needed. The quality of the remote is cheap. Mine stopped working just after a minute of being handed over. Anyways the gate is mostly open and the hue and cry about safety and security is a sham. There are homeless people dumpster diving in the trash can throughout the day.
