Run in the opposite direction! The place stinks, trash is left on the grounds for days and the staff starting with the manager is rude and uncaring. Work orders are ignored and when you question them about when they can be completed you are talked to like you got a tale. The pool is always green and only opens for two weeks in the hot summer and only usable for around 5 days because it is green and maintenance doesn't know how to work the chemicals. I have been in these apartments for over 5 years and it has been hell. I really do not advise anyone to move into these anything that can go wrong does. Poor management, break ins, coming into your apartment when your not home, maintenance horrible. They make every excuse in the world to why they mess up I am done. No I am not a bitter tenant if so I would of been gone long ago but enough is enough.
I'm Moving out!! I hate that there are people hanging out past curfew (10p). They stay out late making loud noise, i've told the front office and they havent done anything about it.. Worse, I put in a work order, and the maintenance people came in while I wasn't home and now my sons ipad has gone missing for the one spot he always leavs it. That's so disappointing, and having to see your child cry over senseless stuff. Their job is to fix things, not to go burglarize your place.
These townhouses are not worth the price extremely small and they take forever to do any kind of maintenance you need. They are poorly put together they have the cheapest blinds they break easily and they make you pay for replacing them. They don't care who they put in them.
Moved into these apartments about a year ago, at first I was scared, being a single mom and all and knowing that the neighborhood is not the greatest of all.. First week I was there I found out about a couple of break ins, second week there was a shooting outside my apartment. I was ready to move out, but soon after the apartments hired Dallas Police to patrol the property.
