It’s been great here, seeing such great progress and the food is great. The people envy me here aswell.
It's been a year since I left this place and truly grateful every day. The intake process is rough but the journey inside (literally and figuratively) will help you realize where to start healing.
UPDATE 8/7/26 - I still believe Sierra Tucson saved my life, however I have been disappointed with several aspects the past couple years. The resources for Alumni has changed since I wrote my original review. The fantastic alumni staff are no longer there. The zoom meetings have been discontinued. I no longer feel a connection. First off, this is not a fake account. But Inhad to make a new email for anonymity given the nature of this facility. Now when you speak to them on the phone they are just lovely (mind you, their in a different state & have most likely never actually been to the facility. I thought I was going for substance abuse treatment. Sure, they do technically treat that. But being a level 1 Psych facility there isn’t much non-physical that they don’t treat. I was at Sierra Tucson twice in The summer of 2016. I was there for alcohol and drug abuse. Thank you to my amazing therapist, the Amazing staff, and all of connect 365 and all of the tools that I got while I was there I have 9 1/2 years of continuous sobriety. I am so thankful for the foundation and the continuous support. Thank you Sierra Tucson!
