I received mental health care at Sierra Tucson from November-January, and have nothing but good things to say. The staff easily made one of the most challenging times of my life a time I can now reflect on with gratitude, and a whole new set of skills to move forward. I'd highly recommend ST for anyone struggling with an overactive nervous system, for any variety of reasons. The time, space, and wonder found at Sierra Tucson is the perfect reset.

I do not feel they take addiction seriously. Some of their groups are not closely monitored for substance abuse, and if you raise concerns, you'll get labeled a troublemaker. I never got the impression that they knew how to deal with trauma either. It's ok if you want a vacay, but you likely won't get well here or get the attention you need. Go elsewhere.
I went to Sierra Tucson from late December of 2025 to late January of 2026 and the experience was profound and life changing for me. I have been to treatment before and after going to Sierra Tucson and the change and growth during my time there I will never have to go again.
