Can’t believe how awful the company is & how they can even be in business period! Liars and completely destroyed a car and blamed the driver when it was not true. Lied about having the keys to be able to add to the cost of being able to pick up the car. Every time we spoke with them the price went up even after a few hours. The police department uses them and you have no choice and honestly will likely just lose your car so they can sell it for profit. they drive through our complex at early morning hours with their diesel engines running and it wakes you up. then they black out and wait for someone to park in a red zone, all while he is parked in a red zone waiting for violators. we have elderly in our complex and they have to park in front of their apartment to unload groceries. then they move. they took his car and said it would cost 150.00 to drop the car. they are laying in wait. seems they are playing repo man without the qualifications.
My boss is a special needs teacher she was wrongfully towed in front of her special needs students house. She gives her student services at home because of medical reasons and for them to come in and take her car in a zone we’re the was no red painted on the curve and no sign and charged her close to $500 dollars and so close to Christmas. My boss cares for her kids so much and for them to treat her so rude and with a lot of not nice words. I do not recommend Sierra towing company.
This towing company is fuckin hell. All of them are rude. Have no great customer service. Literally wants to get every dollar out of you. They curse at you and will even hangup on you if you dont talk CIVIL WITH THEM. My car got tow about 10 mins ago. I literally dropped off my aunt to her house and as soon as I went outside. Awesome service!! Matt the driver on point with the tows!
Manager cursed at multiple people- very disrespectful. "Doesn't work for free" for not telling someone they don't take cards and refused to wait for us to go get cash. Charged an extra 110 dollars for opening for on weekend. Told us to "go fuck ourselves". If anyone has a number to call an actual manager instead of whoever answers the 559-323-2020 number that'd be amazing.
