they did excellent work and Oscar provided me with good explanation of al my questions. Even replaced alot of plywood with the type I asked for. It was a lot of work but the roofers showed they had the talent to get it done with quality materials and workmanship and even cleaned up nicely when completed.
Knowledgeable crew and professionals, was able to get the job done ahead of the schedule. Highly recommended for those homeowners looking for roof replacement .
I got 12 estimates for a small house in an expensive neighborhood in NE. Seattle. Every one of the bidders were competent, and I would have been comfortable hiring and trusting any one of them. Sierra Roofing was every bit as competent but easily the lowest bidder. I had a follow up with Armando on exactly why they were the lowest bidder, but he won my confidence that Sierra could do the job - for about $9k less than the highest bidder - or $3k lower than the next lowest bidder. I just had my roof re-done (decking, underlay and shingles) and am so happy that I had Sierra Top Roofing handle the work. They were extremely professional and competent from initial meeting through to final clean-up. Work was done according to schedule and the work crew were very conscientious and pleasant to deal with. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the work Oscar Soto and his crew did. I would highly recommend Sierra Top Roofing!
