Dr Nelson is professional and precisely the right doctor to see to address the "root cause" of my health issues. I know it might take awhile to achieve my goals but am hopeful, for the first time in years, that I am headed in the right direction.
I am a new patient at Sierra Tahoe Wellness Center and so far so good. I have been really sick and getting worse the last 4 years. Dr Nelson seems very confident that he will be able to turn things around for me and help me get my life back. I am looking forward to this relationship with him and his staff. Jennifer has been wonderful as well. I'd be happy to Post again every few months with updates.

I had a mammogram 5 yrs ago and told myself never again!! I've researched and found mammograms are not healthy, at all. Mammograms today call for taking four films of each breast annually, which results in approximately 1 RAD (radiation absorbed dose) of exposure. That is 1,000 times greater than that from a single chest xray. Even the American Cancer Society lists high-dose radiation to the chest as a medium to high risk factor for developing cancer.
I am so proud of myself for how I have been eating for the last 90 days. All organic too. I havent had any caffeine for 3 months. When you work night shift, that's big. I have so much more energy and I have lost 20 of the 30 lbs I had gained since nursing school. Yay me! And Thanks, Dr. Nelson! Kristen B.
If you know you need a change in life because your always feeling drained and know your not physically feeling well..Dr.Nelson is the person to see...he won't treat you as a number he actually wants you healthy!!!
