Terrible customer service
Never, ever give your credit card to this company! I signed up for water delivery due to being stuck at home awaiting surgery. Delivery instructions stated to ring doorbell and bring water inside, as I am unable to carry it. Day of delivery, I get an email water has been delivered and discover it sitting outside on the porch. Try to call customer service but EVERY number for this company rings to an Asian call center. Due to the snow our water was not delivered last week. 2/13 I called them 2/17, they promised to deliver the water the next day. It is now 2/19, no deliveries were made. I was promised a credit and notes were to be added to my account which did not take place. Now I'm being offered a credit for delivery fee AGAIN, because the notes were not added from the other day.
What the hell is wrong with this number? Someone is talking whenever I call this number but it’s not really anyone. They are having the same exact conversation as if I’m talking to them. Very creepy and weird. How do I actually get a hold of them?? Oh and we found a pacifier in our actual water jug. I’m disgusted.
