Dr. Smith has the ability to explain a complicated medical issue to a lay person's limited understanding of the anatomy of the problem.
Even though the wait time to see Dr. Smith was long, I appreciated his input in regards to my symptoms and prior surgeries.
Appointment was made quickly, friendly and very accommodating with date and time of first appointment. Filled out the necessary paperwork on line. Got to the location quickly and the staff stated parking would be most likely difficult, but was there early and had no problem. On entry, they were so nice. Filled out a short form and was called back within minutes. Can't wait to see what's next.
Dr.Smith has an easy laid back manner about him but he gets to the point and doesn't sugar coat anything. Im pleased with my fusion surgery- the Wellness Loop pre & post surgery is a great idea as you can stay in constant contact with his office regarding any questions or concerns & his PA Caroline got back to me within 24 hrs with answersId recommend DrSmith & The Spine Institute.
