Excellent, good bedside manner and professional care.
Many being referred to Sierra Spine Institute probably are like us, somewhat skepticle (and I still am a tad bit). Your having a serious surgery, why wouldn't you be nervous, concerned, and wondering whether you've made the right doctor decision. Truthfully, I walked out of my appointment......"at ease" with Dr Smith who showed us a casual concerning approach by sitting down like family to discuss a surgery that had gone wrong (I'm not mentioning the Neuologists name). Appreciate Dr. Smith very much. Love going over my x-rays with him. I get a good understanding of the issues with him. Doesn't look down like how would you know about this stuff, your not a doctor. I am always interested in all sciences and especially when it relates to me.
Dr Smith takes his time to listen and share every option. He does not up sale or jump straight to surgery, he and his staff show great compassion and are very easy to talk to.
