Went to urgent care on a Sunday for my boyfriend. Receptionist was pleasant and took his information quickly. The nurse who called him in and took his vitals was also nice. He saw Nurse Practitioner Andy and he was attentive and took the time to address all his concerns. He explained his treatment and meds and follow up. Note: If your issue requires x-rays, they are not available at this location and you will be referred out.
Horrible. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 11:30. Once I got there I noticed no cars in the parking lot. I walked into the building towards the urgent care and the doors were locked. I tried knocking and no one answered. I also tried calling and no answer once again. Disappointed and unprofessional to say the least. How am I able to schedule an appointment for you guys to be closed?
I should have known not to come here by the reviews. This was my fault for having faith in them. Awful
