On Sept 14, 2025 (yesterday), my granddaughter visited this "'Urgent Care" after injuring her foot playing soccer. From the moment she registered, the staff were cold. Almost rude. It was almost closing time. The Dr saw her long enough to ask where it hurt, and he ordered an xray. The xray came quickly. Then the nurse came to release her...without the Dr coming back to discuss her xray! She had to ask the Dr to see "the patient"!! Unacceptable!
Waited 2 hours only for a doctor to see me less than 30 seconds and say theres nothing they can do. They said if I don’t get better go to the hospital after 12 hours and gave me some medicine for cramps and nausea. I didn’t like that I was waiting in the room and I can hear the nurses and the doctor staff clearly saying things about the patients. Doctors DO take a long time to see you. But once they do come in the room and take care of you. It’s almost like in and out. But it DOES and WILL always be a wait.
Suite 300 is awful. Although my doctors are good, the check in staff doesn't respond to your arrival, smile, or in anyway try to be pleasant to patients. There are currently 16 cheap print outs taped onto the walls with warnings for complaining about service, disclaimers etc. The chairs are filthy, the wait is long, the staff acts annoyed at patients presence.
