Upcoming Quiet and Safe Atlanta Jewel I recommend this place to anyone looking for affordability, peace of mind and security. Ms Essiyah and Angel have always promptly addressed all of my needs in a timely manner and have shown consistently they genuinely care about their tenants. Apartments are clean, updated and bug free. IAns it’s surprisingly very quiet. I love it here!

Highly recommend Been here for almost two years and I truly haven’t had any problems . My place was newly renovated, management is professional , maintenance is always on point and it’s highly secured . This has been the best complex I’ve lived in forsure .
Good place I had a good experience living in the Avenue. Good place, good people. Great area as well. Close to highway and a lot of food around. Train is close by too. Great leasing office staff. Gates actually work unlike some of these other places. Bus stop right in front. Security always present, as well as APD.
