Management Sucks there never on the ball and there parking stickers serve zero purpose i had my car towed cause i parked on the striped line when there was no other parking available at 3am and theres always issues with the water here i don't recommend this place period

I'm not a fan of the current people at the front desk. My packages keep on missing don't get them 2 weeks later. Today I informed her that I also had another package and she said nope that's it. Mind you she always says that. I'll see that package pop up next week My AC is broken as it always shits the bed. Stupid small fixed never solve the issue. You put in a work order and get no response or follow up. Have waited days to up 2 weeks to get someone at the apartment. GET IT TOGETHER
I have lived here for 3 &1/2 years and yes I'll admit the previous management team was constantly changing and not qualified and maintenance would take a long time and wasn't done correctly. BUT as of April 2016 they have turned it around and are working hard to prove so. The convenice to HWY I-10 and serene lush surroundings and awesome loft apt has kept me here and will continue to do so!!!
Maintenace. What maintenance? They raise your rates every year or so and they can't even keep maintenance staffed. I have been waiting for over a month to fix my appliances. It's not my fault they can't keep employees, but you best pay your rent though. The managers will tell you whatever they need to get you to sign a lease. Don't recommend anyone living here!!
