The quoted cost for the estimate was 85.00. After the hot tub was looked at and pulled apart, it changed to 135.00. I was disappointed in the misrepresentation on the estimate cost. He did a thorough job, but i thought it (estimate trip cost)should be what he was said it would be over the phone.

We had our leaking 5 year old hot tub serviced by a plumber recommended by the supply warehouse who sells that brand. It still leaked, and we were so frustrated that we waited nearly a year to go at it again. We found Sierra Pool & Spa Repair online. Ron was prompt and professional, and did what needed to be done. Ron from Sierra Pool & Spa Repair was great. He came out the same day we called and diagnosed our pool heater problem. He even came back on a Saturday to install the part, knowing we had a birthday party the next day. He really saved the day and made us and our 9 year old birthday girl very happy. THANKS!
They were the best repair specialist I have had on any appliance for a long time and I will use them again if my spa ever needs repair.
Very nice and helpful. Quick to jump in and do the repair getting our pool up and running in no time. They even took the time to answer all of our questions. Very pleased with this service and will call them again for any future jobs I need done.
