My hot tub was smoking! I went on line to search for a repair man. I found Sierra and based on the testimonials chose them for my repair needs. I placed a call that was promptly returned. Ron took the time to hear the issues and expressed concern even empathy that this could be a major repair. We set up an appointment and he was there when he said he would be.
