I have Sierra Pacific windows installed on my house currently. The window quality seems to be very good. Recently, I needed to match the color of the windows to some other outside trim work on my house. I stopped by the local Sierra Pacific location in Scottsdale and talked to Craig Turner at the store about getting a paint chip. He found me the correct sample which was very helpful. I was able to get a paint that matches the sample and all is great. I highly recommend this location and Craig's service attitude.
If you’re considering casement windows by Sierra Pacific please check out the exterior of the window when it’s open. It looks completely unfinished and Sierra Pacific refuses to do anything about it. Their answer: “All manufacturers build them this way.” Patently false.
Working with Sierra Pacific windows, and Art specifically, was a breeze and a great experience end to end and would definitely recommend them. We had a bunch of other work we were juggling around and timing as well as a specific defined scope between contractors was definitely imperative. Run away and never work with this company. Held deposit for 3 months and didn’t order product, lied to our face about delays, completely made up lies about location of windows, measured incorrectly and wrong size delivered. Complete joke operation. Trust me you don’t want to work with this company.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering based on our designer's recommendation. Absolutely horrific customer service - so many mistakes, lies, delays, and lack of follow up communication! Can't speak to the quality of the windows yet - still waiting for them to be completely installed - nearly three weeks late! Installers came, started the work, then disappeared with no explanation or reply back.
