We ordered through the Westlake Village, CA location in Nov/Dec 2022 and STILL have not received our whole order. We bought just over $40k worth of 5 windows and 5 doors with a dark brown metal finish, and paid an additional $20k for the installment. The large bifold door has massive scratches showing the grey metal beneath and the seals were not installed along one seam or one spot on the bottom big enough for a small lizard to crawl through, there are many scratches on other doors as well that make them look in need of a r... read more
This is the first time I have had a project quoted by Sierra Pacific and it was for a large apartment building with a custom color on their vinyl product. Michael Mendelson is the sales person I dealt with and was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
