I have had very good experiences with the doctor and nursing staff at SPOC. However, my recent interaction with the front office was extremely disappointing. When I called, Emma answered the phone and asked several questions, her responses were rushed and without care. Absolutely awful experience from the start. A litany of mis-communication, non-communication, lying about trying to communicate. Completing unnecessary pre-op procedures to pad the insurance claim. If I could give a minus star rating I would!
