Customer service is terrible, they tell you their understaffed and no remediation to fix it. The person in charge of billing is rude, hangs up on you and proceeds to say she got disconnected. So why do I need to call me health care insurance with a bill that Sierra Orthopedics sends? I've paid my copay and miss rude doesn't like answering questions. There are other orthopedic offices I can go to now that I'm aware of Sierra Orthopedics treatment of a client.
