Some of the worst tree care practices I've ever seen... topping trees is common practice, plus does not follow up on watering, overuse of pesticide and herbicide oftentimes unnecessary, and more. Classic mow and blow company, not worth the price imo.

Our HOA used them for a few years and decided definitely time to change. Service is average, responses to questions/concerns is extremely difficult to get, often many bush trimmings were left on the ground, our blackberries were cut back 2 months earlier than specified on our contract, our sprinklers were not winterized this year and I cannot get a response as to why not so we had to pay for another company to do so.
