This company sold me a vehicle. Long story short, They misrepresented the vehicle, the sale, and the terms of financing. They told me one thing over the phone, I gave my girlfriend the money to go pick up the truck. They directly lied to get my girlfriend to sign the contract once she was there, to completely different terms then what was discussed. We are now stuck paying almost $20,000 after finance costs on a vehicle worth about $5000, that doesnt even run. And they wont warrenty the vehicle to fix the mechanical issues. ... read more
I had a overall Pleasant experience. I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago and haven't had any problems. The Gentleman that helped me, was really nice and listened to my concerns. I also reviewed the car facts before purchasing to see the history of my vehicle. I told them my budget and price I wanted to stay between and He was able to help me. Ask for insurance wise. Sierra Motors rip me off too. Sierra sold me a $ 2004 Dodge Dakota for about $ 8,000 including interest on a 41 months loan. The truck is only worth only $1990 to $3200 book value. I am 75 years old retired on SS. I needed a car bad but this rip off is heart breaking....... If I live threw this ordeal some how ..... if it don't kill me. The people here are rude and disrespectful. They are quick to repossess the vehicle when you're late on a payment but when you need maintenance on the vehicle, they'll make you wait forever and a day to even look at your car. I couldn't use my truck the first 4 days that I had it because it had a bad battery. Then 6 weeks after I bought the truck...my tire came off of the truck while I was driving. I purchased a vehicle in late February and I have had to take it in twice already. I haven't even received my permanent plates yet and I have had to take it in for repairs twice. Hopefully this is not an indication that I made a mistake in purchasing a vehicle here. Besides the horrible girl at the service desk at the 35 and Division location, the customer service has been wonderful at the Bandera location. They really need to think about replacing her.
