5 Star : My Experience The job was good, car came back looking good. However, Nicole does not provide good communication regarding vehicle repairs. My husband and I had to constantly contact her for updates. If she had better communication then it what have been a better experience overall. Additionally, she insisted that my mother contacted about the vehicle and that was not the truth. With the lack of communication and her unwillingness to speak to my husband in person we will not chose Chevy Collison again.

5 Star : My Experience Very pleased with the service from Missy and Kevin. Both responded promptly and professionally to all of our questions. Especially appreciated the texts that kept us apprised of our repairs. We have had other Nationwide collision shops and this by far was our best experience.
