I walked by this store with my fiance and wanted to check them out. The owner seemed like she was ignoring us for about 10 minutes after entering and didn't seem interested in helping us. I didn't dress super nice/do my hair and makeup that day because it was raining off and on and the owner gave me the impression that she thought I looked like i was not able to afford anything there, so she didn't want to help me. I had such a wonderful experience at Sierra Moon. I brought in a ring to be sized, and not only was the work done beautifully, it was finished much quicker than I expected. The staff made the whole process easy and enjoyable—everyone was so welcoming and kind. A special thank you to Bobbi for being especially helpful and friendly! I’ll absolutely be returning here for future jewelry needs and will be recommending Sierra Moon to friends and family.

I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy.
