I worked with these people and let me tell you when i say never again i mean it!
I had an extremely disturbing experience with the owners of this business. While briefly parked on the side of the store for just a few minutes, the owners began making racist and xenophobic remarks toward my family, telling us to “go back to Mexico.” This behavior was not only deeply offensive but also completely unprovoked. To make matters worse, they began threatening to damage our vehicles. Their actions were incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, and no one should be subjected to this kind of treatment.
Update -2nd time I had a mower issue. Easy in. Called me back in 5 days and service in 2 . Just picked it up. 1 week turn around. Same as first time. Nice couple.@@@@@. Original post.....I wasn't in a hurry so took about a week for diagnostic and repair. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Family business. Pay 20$ up front for diagnostic but that goes towards the repair. If you decline the repair they keep the 20$ for time spent diagnosing the problem.
