I have been a patient at Sierra Endocrine for many years and have been pleased w the office and my physician. Overall (with the exception of Rene, who is very helpful), the courtesy, professionalism and job performance of office staff and MA's over the past year or two has become abysmal. Great staff
I’ve been seeing Dr. Naseem for a while. He’s a great doctor, but this place is so unprofessional they stopped taking my insurance suddenly and when I made an appointment on the call nobody told me so,I arrived on my appointment and then they tell me that they no longer take my insurance and I will need to pay $90 to see the doctor.
I’ve been s patient of Dr Eisa for 5 years off and on. Last week had an appointment that I had waited 6 months for. I was told they could not see me because my insurance was in contract dispute with community medical. They didn’t notify me earlier of that so I waited a long time to see a doctor regarding a serious thyroid condition. The insurance in question was Blue Cross of California.
