Terrible...referred to their office to receive treatment for an autoimmune disease and was denied (???). Already confirmed with my PCP they were covered so that wasn't it, but when I was finally able to get through (after weeks of trying) they refused to give me a reason. So not only did they not tell me my referral was denied but they won't tell me why either? Sounds shady to me. Not to mention whoever was handling the phones was in such a rush to get me off the phone rather than offering adequate customer service. Rude.
Since seeing Dr Eisa I feel that I have the best care in the last 2 1/2 years than I had in the past 27 years. I like knowing he l Iistens to me. He is a very kind gentleman. I appreciate all he has done for me.

Been going to Dr. Hawkins for years and he's an amazing Dr. but it's horrible to get an appointment. He referred me out to get 1/2 of my thyroid removed and now I need a follow up appointment to check my levels after surgery and they can't get me in until September (5 months from now)!! What's the whole point of having a specialist for my thyroid if when I have a problem I can't see him. They're scheduling system needs work.
