This place doesn’t answer phone right away. Took me 2 weeks to get hold of someone and they don’t even call back when you leave them a message. Looks like MA’s don’t wanna be bothered and very snapping when asking questions. Finally when I got hold of someone regarding scheduling my appointment they kept putting me on hold. I was on hold for about 20 minutes.. I am a nurse myself for 20+ years, sad to see how this generation is running our healthcare system now. Very very unprofessional.

I have been a patient at Sierra Endocrine for many years and have been pleased w the office and my physician. Overall (with the exception of Rene, who is very helpful), the courtesy, professionalism and job performance of office staff and MA's over the past year or two has become abysmal.
