The receptionist is rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get an appointment as a new patient. She does not understand medical procedures in getting doctors and is very unprofessional. I have no idea how the doctors are, but I don’t trust doctors with bad staff as every good doctor I’ve met has had phenomenal staff and excellent customer service.

I have been a patient of Sierra Endocrine Associates for several years. It has always been a positive experience. The doctors I have seen are excellent, professional and caring. The staff is friendly and professional.

Just to get an appointment they are awful, the receptionist is so rude and dismissive.

Terrible...referred to their office to receive treatment for an autoimmune disease and was denied (???). Already confirmed with my PCP they were covered so that wasn't it, but when I was finally able to get through (after weeks of trying) they refused to give me a reason. So not only did they not tell me my referral was denied but they won't tell me why either? Sounds shady to me. Not to mention whoever was handling the phones was in such a rush to get me off the phone rather than offering adequate customer service. Rude.

Since seeing Dr Eisa I feel that I have the best care in the last 2 1/2 years than I had in the past 27 years. I like knowing he l Iistens to me. He is a very kind gentleman. I appreciate all he has done for me.
