This office doesn’t even deserve one star. Dr Shabnam Dhillon, is negligent. Their office staff Roxanne is extremely rude. They will drop your care when you defend yourself. They will lie to you. Your Care will be delayed because you are not a top priority. It took months for them to order the correct MRI and then two months later find out I have another tumor. I highly recommend Sierra Endocrine, Dr. Hawkins, and his staff. [edit August 25, 2026] I have been a patient at Sierra Endocrine for about eight years. I originally saw Dr. Hawkins, who provided excellent care, and was later transitioned to Chelsea Flowe, NP. Since managing my diabetes with Chelsea, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. She is truly the most attentive provider I’ve ever had, and her support has made a major difference in my overall health.

This place doesn’t answer phone right away. Took me 2 weeks to get hold of someone and they don’t even call back when you leave them a message. Looks like MA’s don’t wanna be bothered and very snapping when asking questions. Finally when I got hold of someone regarding scheduling my appointment they kept putting me on hold. I was on hold for about 20 minutes.. I am a nurse myself for 20+ years, sad to see how this generation is running our healthcare system now. Very very unprofessional.
