Once again Gary and his team worked their miracle and got my Busa back up and running the way she should be. Very special thanks for their professionalism and vast knowledge base. Look these guys have been in business in Sierra Vista for a long time for a reason!!!! Dave, Barry, and all the employees are just good people they have sold me two bikes in the past two years and I love them both they try hard to get you the deal you are looking for. Top quality folks in my opinion they support the community a lot for a local business as well. So if your looking for a motorcycle shop that does it right going to Sierra cycles is not a bad idea at all!!! Love those guys!!!!
The staff at Sierra Cycles provided the best customer service and buying experience I have ever had. Having more than four decades of riding under my belt and 20 new bikes purchased over the last 28 years my latest purchase was by far the best. The entire staff went above and beyond to accomadate my wife and I. David told me Sierra Cycles has built its business on family values and that is clearly evident. Thank You Sierra Cycles! Unless you have a newer bike, don't bother for repair service. My son has an older bike. They kept it for 3 months with no calls to him. He had to always call them. When he did, it was evident that they were not even working on it. Finally ,after almost a $1000.00 later, they told him it was fixed. Three days later it broke down while he was out riding. Same problem they were supposed to fix. They may know what they are doing on the new bikes, but don't have a clue on the older ones. He refuses to take it back there even tho... read more
This place has amazing customer service and the people who work there are full of personality, it made our buying experience one of the best!
