Greystar treat people the way you want them to treat you don't bite the hand when they're feeding you good information or sometimes it's lousy BS and just roll with the punches and you will have lots of people to take care of why do I say that 25 years in the military 40 different countries and even caught a stick of Vietnam I love motorcycles man
Best shop around. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I have been going to Sierra Cycles since 2012, bought numerous bikes, had all of my maintenance performed by them and have never had a single issue or complaint about them. The only place I trust with my bikes is Sierra Cycles. You cant go wrong with a honest business dedicated to the community like they are.
This is an amazing dealership, everyone who works there are helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff in service is incredible, always willing to go above and beyond to assist his customers. The Parts department is knowledgable and dedicated to meet the needs of their customers. The sales team is very helpful and zero pressure, which allows you to take your time to determine which bike is right for you.
