Sierra Corporate Management is a great property management company. They know the business and take great pride in keeping the properties they manage by hiring experienced employees that know the industry well. I have been two of there properties Licinon Center in Cypress, and Rio Vista Mobile Home Park in Anaheim. Both parks are kept very clean and the owner-occupied home sites look well kept. I have been working for Sierra Corporate Management for almost 3 years. I started as a Community Manager at Vista Diablo and now as Assistant Regional Manager for Northern California. My husband and I started as a team, Perry doing Maintenance and myself the office. When we first started, the Resident's used to tell us to hold on to our resumes, we won't be here long. Is this company even legal ? I purchased a mobile home in one of the 152+ the managed and they refused to provide me a copy of the title. They also lied to me and told me if I did not sign a long term lease for 15-25 years my space rent would go up 6% a year. I tried to file a complaint against them with the Bureau of Real Estate and they are not licensed. They basically don't exist. **** * ***** ********* ***** (****), owns multiple mobile home parks throughout the United States. I am complaining about Sierra Corporate Management. This corporation owns over 36 parks within California. This Corporation sole purpose is to take advantage of their residents (especially Seniors) through fear, fraud, and intimidation. They harass and mislead tenants into signing 25-year leases under the guise that they will save money because they will only raise the rent up to 5%.
