Owner refused to take ownership of ruining my wife’s pants. Do not waste your time here. The pants were worn previously and were fine in length but shrunk significantly after 2 days here. The owners stated “this doesn’t happen here,” although there’s no way it happened while they were in our possession. He would not give a refund on the cleaning, nor on the $50 pants. Again, don’t waste your time here.
