My experience with Sierra Classic Home was the worst experience, I’ve ever experience looking for a new home. The sale agent at Sierra Classic Custom Home in Spring Ranch. Their cooperate office is located in Katy Texas. was very rude. He stayed on the phone talking and laughing with someone else, the whole 15-20 minus we were there. I addressed the concern to the agent and he stated, “ I’m on the phone, I’ll be with you in a second.” Well, that never happened, he still continued to make us wait. Our team members always do the very best they can to interact with every customer that visits, while also allowing them space to look around the model homes. From time to time they do have calls scheduled with clients that are out of state or city. We apologize if the experience did not go that way for you and want to ensure you that we do not discriminate.
We have paid good money, with quality credit, and served our countyr and community with honor; and we are treated with disrespect and very little if any true professional customer service. We had our house build in 2019, completed in in 2020 - pre- COVID. We purchased the land 1.5 yrs before building, (My wife and I). Delays were over 3 months to start- they changed foreman 2 times without warning or explanation, then they drug their feet with everything, and we mean EVERYTHING. This project was very smooth on both sides from the beginning. 1. The home was released to construction on 6/3/2019 and completed on 1/24/2020. We did not change construction managers during this time frame and the manager that built their home is still with the company. 2. All flatwork was poured at the direction of the client for the current rate and costs associated per contract.
