Friendly service, and a very good selection their bullets were available. Will check bullet weights when I get home, but I expect their 2nds to be at least as good as everyone else's firsts.
I've been a fan of Sierra products for years, I just love how they glide, butter smooth through my 38 super. I recently purchased another batch of practice FMJ's, when I found one bullet with a defect. I sent a pic of it to customer service with no intention other than just to make them aware. In 25+ years of reloading, this was the first time I've ever found a mistake in a Sierra product. Absolutely awesome bullets!!! Been loading for over 5years and still got a lot to learn. I always have sierra bullets on hand!!
I have used Sierra bullets for many years and am very satisfied with them. My wife and I both really enjoyed the tour. The factory is very clean and goes above and beyond to manage quality.
