Isn’t it magical all their recent 5 star reviews are from people who just signed up for google? And their only review is of Sierra Bio Lab? Could This place is literally an office setup, not really a lab. They are trying to capitalize on the COVID-19 travel testing requirements. The price is inflated, they only care about your money. Tested on 12-31-21. Received a text on 1-21-22 that my covid test results were released on 1-18-22. Will report this company to Bbb
검사하기 5일전, 예약하려고 신속항원검사와 pcr covid testing 비용등 문의 전화를 했었는데 분명 상담원은 pcr testing이 50불이라고 하고 신속항원검사는 180불이라고 하셨는데, 말이 안되서 3번이나 더 문의전화를 했지만 돌아오는 답변은 애매한 설명과 잘못된 설명 뿐이었네요. 오늘 직접 갔더니 신속항원이 출국전날 50불이었고 pcr testing이 regular 와 express로 나뉘는데 각각 120, 180달러 였다고 상담 내용과는 전혀 다르게 설명 하더군요. 혹시나 해서 한국어와 영어 두번이나 다르게 상담 문의를 했는데 정말 헷갈리게하고 돈만 더 많이 날렸네요 실망이 큽니다. 코비드로 힘든 시기에 정확한 설명과 고객응대가 좀 더 발전되면 좋겠습니다.
