Horrible! I called the service department and they told me they could help me with my Acura if I called back in 30-60minutes. I called back again after an hour and asked them the same question only to have them tell me that they cannot release that information due to "legal reasons" in case I should install the factory part incorrectly. What a load of BS! I've owned American cars for 10 years now and they can always look up service information for you. It's on a CD and takes about a minute to find. The personnel is not very knowledgeable, when asking them questions; they don't provide you with the right answer. Sometimes "I don't know" is the right answer. The manager is hard to reach and somehow you just missed him for a minute or two. By the way is just this branch. I have been on the one at Glendale and it is way different.
