Starting out living here was nice. But on my last lease I signed it agreeing to only pay 6** on my apartment for rent per month. AFTER signing my lease. They randomly raised EVERYBODYS rent to about 65 dollars more than what they were already paying. Meanwhile my neighbors have stuff sitting outside of their apartment for about a month and nothing is being done about it. My water keeps leaking and I was told it was going to be fixed immediately. They could enforce the rules they have. Such as noise after 10. Seems there is no one monitoring the pool. I see glass bottles at night inside the pool area. They say the pool closes at 10 pm but people are still in there at 11 pm. As a senior living on the ground floor I have to yell or bang on he ceiling sometimes after 11.30 pm and have even knocked on the door of the people above me asking for less noise.
