I have been a customer of Aisha salon sienna for the past 4 years and this is the second time they have not delivered a service they promised through a coupon. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEIR COUPONS. Please don’t be lured by the management in buying any coupons because there will always be a hidden cost which will be not be told upfront and will be revealed to you when you redeem it. Horrible, horrible cut by Zeenat Kabana! I have a friggin mullet! I came in with hair just past my shoulders. The front is layered. Wanted the top layers to be a bit shorter. She cut the front horizontally just below my ear lobes! No layering or tapering. it will take at least 2 or more years for my hair to grow back out. Will be reporting her to cosmetology board and claims court if I can. I showed her exactly what to cut. Another hairdresser showed her exactly what to cut as well. I am regular happy client at Aisha (Sienna Location) since 2013 for waxing, threading, facials and hair cut. But, YESTERDAY I went for waxing and it was very painful. My whole skin looks so reddish. It still hurting. Seems like you guys have changed the wax..it doesn't seems to be HONEY wax. Request you to bring back old wax. Otherwise, I have to think now to change salon.

I have been there regular customer since it opened.never been dissapointed. Salma and sunita are my favourite artist there.
Sunita is a great artist. Perfect waxing and facial.. have been going to her for 2 years now and cannot be more happy. Highly recommend her services
