I would give zero stars if I could. I was only a couple days late on my rent and when I tried to use the online tool to pay they had already suspended my account. A day later they left a demand notice on my door saying I had 30 days to pay or to move. On the bottom it says they made efforts to contact me but that is a lie. They didn't do anything.
