I would give zero stars if I could. I was only a couple days late on my rent and when I tried to use the online tool to pay they had already suspended my account. A day later they left a demand notice on my door saying I had 30 days to pay or to move. On the bottom it says they made efforts to contact me but that is a lie. They didn't do anything. No calls, no warning letter, nothing. A couple days late does not justify this. Now I have to go inside their office to try to pay and they'll probably want a money order because ... read more

RecommendedSienna placed is a nice beautiful peaceful place for me and wife to grow and start a family the staff are really nice

The management staff at Sienna Place Apartments are on point. Any issues you have they are always there to help.
I have been so utterly touched by the caring and compassionate staff. I came to Sienna place apartments directly after having the worst apartment experience at the Fairview Valley Apartments and that's when I met Christopher. I was a mess and had just been scamed out of $1500.00. He was kind and helpful every step of the process, he truly went above and beyond to assist me through every step from application to deposit to lease. If you fill out application they ask for deposit. Be careful if your denied your deposit will be kept for 30 days . They didn't tell me . Not did they say why I was denied. They are money Hungary and don't care bout helping people
