I’m searching for a new apartment and I called before coming and told the lady that I will be there in 10 minutes before hand. Approximately 10 minutes after I have arrived the door was locked and the front desk lady was having lunch. She simply could’ve told me that she would be taking an hour lunch and to come back after instead I wasted my time driving 20 minutes there and back for nothing. The communication really wasn’t well.

I’ve been living here since June and was told there was a bird problem that was going to get fixed and nothing has happened. There is so much bird poop on the staircase it’s disgusting and becoming a health hazard. Maintenance should at least be cleaning it once a week until they find an actual solution
The first week I got there. My book bag I've stolen out my car. They have cameras, but they don't have them by our cars. Mine, my dishwasher was broke for the whole 2 years. I was there. My clothing door was broke for the whole 2 years. I was there. My air conditioner was going in and out for the last year. They don't keep the porches clean.And when I try to block it off when I click it.They told me to take the stuff down. I will never tell anybody to go here.It was the worst experience in my life
