Im responding to the comment by Lisa L regarding Sienna. I am currently an employee of Sienna and have been since they opened back in the Fall of 2009. I am very proud to work here and be a part of the new culture change happening in LTC today. Sienna is at the forefront of this change and is setting the bar for all other facilities like us. I have a review on this facility that anyone thinking about placing a family member here needs to read...will post on 3/1/10UPDATE:March 1, 2010This is a beautiful place! Steep roof lines dotted with cupolas, open spacious hallways and sitting areas with great decor, fireplaces, large screen LCD televisions on the walls and in the rooms...wonderful....BUT...the money wasted on ambience would have been better spent on providing adequate staff.The facility has inexperienced caregivers, and a management which does not care and ... read more
