After Months of collaborating with Carolyne regarding our wedding flowers, many time frames given to us for a small sample to be shown to us (before deposit would be paid) we were just let down again and again, despite her saying she was "working on it" I had to follow up constantly when the time given to see sample kept lapsing, only for her to come back and say she would not be able to full-fill the reasonably simple order. Do not recommend if you need a reliable vendor for a big event. She has left us with 3 months to try... read more

Dreadful customer service. I walked into the shop with the intention of buying something but the staff were pushy and unhelpful. When I told one of the staff members their attitude had cost them a sale, she became aggressive, rather than take on board legitimate feedback. In reply to owner's response Your staff told me what flowers they liked, rather than asking me what I liked. Had they asked, I would have responded.
