They do not take care of the tenants. They are going to kill someone with no A/C
A/c never works properly. Management is not customer service friendly at least a few aren’t. Had my vehicle stolen from the apartments a month after moving in, office did nothing to help with security issues after the fact. Had several issues with plumbing ie shower/ kitchen sink. Outlets work half the time. Several issues that management has not fixed and when addressed the response is that it’s normal.
Where's the freaking grass? I don't mean the kind my neighbor smokes! Just a lawn
