Avoid this place and go somewhere where you will feel welcomed as a valued customer. This was our second visit and both times turned away because we were “late” for our reservation. I called last week and asked for a 6:00 P.M. reservation for Saturday night. Was told only 5:15 or 6:45. Went with 6:45. Got there at 6:40 and was told by the jackass at the door that we were 40 minutes late and we couldn’t be accommodated. I told him it was for 6:45 and he mumbled something and left with his iPad. My experience at Siena Tuscan Steakhouse was super amazing. My honey enjoyed the views the best customer service that we received in awhile. Will definitely go back and next time we will stay awhile.
Never in my life have I been so absolutely disappointed in what should have been an amazing fine dining experience! The "special" NYE 5 course dinner and wine paring at Siena inside @AmbassadorICT left us hungry, frustrated and feeling duped.
