I have loved living here. Everyone in the office and in the maintenance department are great! Shout out to Tae in the office. He will take care of you. Tae is so easy to talk to about anything. My questions were always answered and issues taken care of immediately. Big thank you to Tae, Zoe and Romeo.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Absolute worst place I've ever lived. Infested with roaches when we first moved in (took 4 months to get rid of, no thanks to the management), terrible water pressure, no parking at any time of the day, doesn't enforce any of their rules, dog shit all over the sidewalks, trash bins overflowing most days, car was vandalized, graffiti, and the list goes on. I have lived here for over an year now. Liked it very much! Prompt servicing when a ticket is raised. Absolutely helpful staff, for example Zoe who always answers our questions. They do have community events every now and then. Rents are affordable compared to properties around. They have Bilt partnership which makes it easier to use Bilt system for rents. Always trying to better themselves.
