This apartment complex is really old. They have terrible infrastructure at least in the last two years that I have been here they have shut off the water randomly over two dozen times and the electricity has been shut off at least a dozen times they do all of this without warning and then they send an email saying that we’ve shut it off. They consistently make an excuse that it’s some sort of emergency because they’re infrastructure is really really old and this apartment building is falling apart. If you value peace and quiet, avoid this place. My neighbor’s dog barks nonstop—early mornings, late nights, even during “quiet hours.” Management has been useless: I’ve filed complaints with video proof, but nothing changes. And this isn’t just my case—there are at least five separate posts from other residents about dogs barking. Imagine paying high rent and not being able to sleep or work because of constant barking. The leasing office ignores residents and offers no real solutions. Absolutely not worth the stress.

Tae was amazing! He took care of my wife, pups and I when we went for a tour. The location is fairly upscale for the price as well. Demographics are mixed. Very nice quiet place(: hoping to move in December (:
