Love the apartment and Laura in the rental office is the bomb. She knows her stuff and is always there to listen and do what needs to be done. She is the best.
I moved in to Sienna at Tuscany in September. It is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is very accommodating. The pool and lake are beautiful. It is like being on vacation all year round. I highly recommend this gorgeous rental community.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I traveled from Vegas to DB to rent an apartment. I had to jump through hoops to show I was qualified to rent here. I fill out all the papers at their office, give them the required $435 and I'm on my merry way. On May 27th, I get notified via email that the tenant IS NOT MOVING OUT! WHO DOES THIS? Three days before he is supposed to move into another apartment in the complex he changes his mind. So, I am out of a place to live! Unbelievable!
We downsized from our house of 14 years and decided on Siena. It has been great. The grounds are well maintained. The staff have always taken care of our needs. Laura Floyd in the office is the best, she makes us feel like family. She always makes us feel special when we come into the club house. She is a true professional. Danielle and Chris are also assets to the team, wonderful people to deal with.
Our Company does Home Cleaning for the Residents there. Very nice Apartments and people.
