I do not recommend this property to anyone at all, The first thing is that manager is very rude, low income does not mean you have to bee unprofessional and rude to tenants and people. When filling applications they just act like dictators and treatment is not acceptable . The way they approached customers was very bad. Very limited parking area. They will not show you apartments until you do not sign lease agreement, i told them to take me to look at apartments they told me no you have to accept it as is, but later when i r... read more
Great apartments with super management and friendly staff
Just wanted to say THANKS to the very kind and professional Margarret, she was so helpful and provided us with all the help and information that we needed, she was very patient and so so so comfortable to work with, we are so happy to live in this beautiful place these are affordable apartments with best views and with the BEAUTIFUL MARGARET in the management office we r more pleased and at ease to live here. Thank you once again margaret for helping us beyond our expectations.
I never lived here, but my mother did for about 14 years. She recently passed away and the management team was absolutely kind and accommodating to me. I had to fly out of state to come and empty out the apartment, and they gave me as much time as I needed. I also never had an issue getting a hold of them over the phone the many times I called in. I was driving home and witnessed an female driving a family towards these apartments. They were driving a white Ford with broken side mirrors on each side. On several occasions they tossed food and trash from their car. The individual appeared to live there and I asked her to pick up her trash to which she said "I don't have a broom and don't worry about it".
