This place needs to be condemned! It's infested with roaches. Watch the movie Joe's apartment, it's not an exaggeration. We're talking tens of thousands in one home. If there's water damage, they won't fix it. When it starts to mold, they just paint over it. I could go on for days but I think that's enough that you STAY AWAY!

When I moved in I was so hopeful and optimistic, I knew it wasn't a nice area but they said it was gated and there had been no break-ins or car theft. My third day it rained and the roof started leaking. Flash six months forward I'm on my fifth break in for my car. Someone who stole a neighbors car totaled my girlfriends car along with 2 others and the apartment complex wouldn't give us the footage. We are working hard to make it be the best building in the area little by little it is a nice place you have to be there now to see the difference of the building thanks Att Jorge Sagastume .... maintenance
Siena apartments are a crap hole. Well, I guess they're ok if you like the ghetto. I only gave it 1 star cuz they won't let you give negatives.
