Great experience end to end - David even helped me understand what I can expect to spend in the near future for my nearly 11 year old Mercedes. He worked with me to find the right time and day to come in.
Excellent work done on my Mercedes-Benz! I knew something wasn't right with my car, Siegfrieds found the problem and fixed it! I will always take my car to them whenever there's a problem.
Everyone at Siegfrieds Motors was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating!! They called with updates, explained the work to be done, and provided estimates both verbally and in writing. David stayed to make sure I could pick up my vehicle so I would have it for the long weekend. If you have a European car, this is the only mechanic I would consider recommending!!
Excellent customer service and professional staff! High recommended if you need to fix any problems with your vehicle. I took my Audi in for exhaust rattle issue and they got it fixed the same day.
It’s hard to find good mechanics that can still work on older models. I took my ‘98 MBZ E430 in for an HVAC repair and a general maintenance visit. Siegfried got all the work done in a timely manner. In the meantime they reminded me of other issues I was aware of. All the work was done on time, completely and cleanly. They called me several times to keep me informed of their progress. I highly recommend Siegfried for your auto repair needs.
