My visit was terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to have a exam last Friday and the guy at the front desk wasn't wearing a mask. I asked if he would wear a mask and he refused. I told him my mom had stage 4 cancer, so I had to be extra careful and he still refused to wear a mask. When I asked if I could talk to the Dr, he said the Dr also didn't believe in wearing masks and wouldn't be wearing one. He takes his time and really listens to me as a patient.
UF health system is a farce. Don't trust them to actually care about the patient. They are more concerned about covering their butts and their bottom line than they are about the patient. Compassionate care is a bunch of bull. They accept no responsibility for their actions. The office staff is incompetent and lies, messages are lost and paperwork is not filed. The doctor then blames the patient instead of taking responsibility himself. And administration is a bunch of overpaid paper pushers.
