I moved here to the Siegel select Dallas 8 years ago it was somewhat okay then however this year September 2026 is the worst they have a manager here a male manager who is Hispanic who is stealing from the elderly and disabled people one person in particular is 78 years old he's taking advantage of this man after he pays his rent he comes back to a three days later and say oh you forgot to pay me for Wi-Fi I need $55 from you takes the $55 from the elderly man and threatens to put him out if he didn't pay it this is not okay... read more
September 2026 the current manager is a bully and takes elderly and disabled persons money by theft not that these people are paying their rent but what happens is he comes back later to their room after they've paid rent and say that they owe him for Wi-Fi these are elderly people who aren't familiar with single select policies such as myself I've been here 8 years and since I've been here I've never once been late on my rent however I stood up for the elderly individuals who were getting exploited by this particular manage... read more
